How do I wash Alchemai Hoodie?
Machine wash, inside out, separately in cold water. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. We recommend not steaming or ironing to preserve the design.
How do I care for my Alchemai garments?
All hoodies come with care instructions on the inside tag to properly maintain your garment. We hold high-quality standards to ensure that your hoodie will be long lasting.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email immediately and follow up with a shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipping labels take a moment to update.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Please allow 5 business days for processing. All pre-orders will be shipped at the end of December.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping services; however, please note that shipping rates may vary depending on the destination country.
How much does shipping cost?
U.S. shipping is $10. All shipments outside of the country are calculated by a parcel's total weight and the distance to its destination.
